HOW FAR
SHOULD WE BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Usually our couples book 3-6 months in advance. But there are also some spontaneous requests. So the earlier you contact us, the better the chances are that your date is still available in our calendar.
WHEN WILL WE GET THE CURATED & BLENDED PHOTOS AFTER OUR WEDDING?
We deliver your sneak peek & group shot after 3 business days and full curated & blended gallery after ~2 weeks.
HOW MANY PICTURES
and how our picture
will be delivered ?
In numbers, we deliver between 400 – 1500 images depending on the types of ceremony, timelines...
As for final images, we love it to be more polished when you get them.
So photos will be Curated, Blended and some of them will be slightly edited to looks clean.
DO YOU
RETOUCH PHOTOS?
It's depends what you guys love, we offering the full/ partial gallery retouching options if needed (it will take 4-6 weeks to deliver retouch gallery) which we help you remove blemishes, fixing some imperfection in overall shoot. However, we refuse to edit in a way that makes you/ image looks like another person.
Can we meet
before booking?
Of course, our approach is to get to know of our couples, their needs. If you are living outside of Vietnam or abroad we can zoom/google meet as well.
What are the
payment methods?
We accept flexible payments via cash, banking and Binance.
What if we need to cancel/reschedule
our shoot or wedding?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and We hold them for your new date.
